VisionAir is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) offering high-quality, reliable internet services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.
We offer various internet packages, including our 30 Mbps package priced at £10 per month. Our services are provided on a 30-day rolling contract, allowing you to cancel or adjust your package at any time with 30 days' notice.
Our services are available to residents of the areas we serve. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We strive to provide continuous, reliable service with high uptime. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors (e.g., weather, equipment failures). VisionAir is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service disruptions.
We will notify customers in advance of any planned maintenance that may affect service availability.
VisionAir may implement reasonable data usage policies to ensure fair and equal access for all customers. We reserve the right to manage or limit bandwidth usage if excessive data consumption negatively impacts other users.
